Combined with a powerful 10 HP motor, variable-speed feed rate, and 24" wide capacity, this wide-belt sander utilizes single-phase power for shops where 3-phase power is unavailable.

The W1710 has a quick-change belt system with automatic belt tensioning.

Other features include air-controlled automatic belt tracking system, motorized table elevation control, adjustable air-controlled belt oscillation system, and a digital load meter.
